Pro bono case with Immigration Justice Campaign and American Friends Service Committee

March, 2018 (Elizabeth, NJ)

A pro bono client was granted Withholding of Removal status at Elizabeth, NJ Immigration Court. The client suffered persecution from the government of Nicarague due to his participation in political rallies. The client wasn’t eligible for asylum because of previous removal order. Our pro bono attorney represented the client at his master and individual court hearings.

A pro bono client from Kazakhstan was granted asylum based on sexual orientation (LGBT). Our attorneys successfully represented the client before USCIS Asylum Office in New York City.
